Burnout is real and can be tricky to navigate especially if you're like me who is a chronic overachiever and highly self-motivated!

We can feel ourselves on the edge of burnout but we don't want to stop and pause, we don't want to lose all the ground we've worked so hard to cover.

But I'm learning to give myself space when burnout starts to pop up and I encourage you to do the same.
